Sub-processors

This page lists all sub-processors engaged by honoa to process personal data on behalf of our customers. We update this list when sub-processors change and provide 14 days advance notice per our Data Processing Agreement.
Current Sub-processors
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Purpose:
- Cloud infrastructure, file storage (S3), and server hosting.
- Data:
- User content, media files, website data, application data.
- Location:
- European Union (eu-west-1 primary) and United States.
- Privacy:
- aws.amazon.com/privacy
Stripe, Inc.
- Purpose:
- Payment processing and subscription billing.
- Data:
- Billing information, payment method metadata (no full card numbers stored by us).
- Location:
- United States.
- Privacy:
- stripe.com/privacy
- DPA:
- stripe.com/legal/dpa
Anthropic, PBC
- Purpose:
- AI-powered features (copy generation, SEO analysis, translation).
- Data:
- Text content submitted for AI processing — not stored by Anthropic beyond the request.
- Location:
- United States.
- Privacy:
- anthropic.com/privacy
Google LLC
- Purpose:
- OAuth authentication (optional “Sign in with Google”).
- Data:
- Email address, name, profile photo (if user chooses Google sign-in).
- Location:
- United States.
- Privacy:
- policies.google.com/privacy
Notification of Changes
We will provide at least 14 days advance notice of any new sub-processor or material change to an existing sub-processor’s processing activities, via email to your registered address and/or a notice in your dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after the 14-day notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated sub-processor list.
